1. Sponsor
The Mission Appalachia House Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by:

("Sponsor")
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on February 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to:
Legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (Not including Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
The following individuals are NOT eligible:
Employees, officers, or directors of Mission Appalachia LLC
Contractors, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising/promotional agencies of Sponsor
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of any of the above
Persons living in the same household as any of the above
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry:
Method 1 — Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the official entry form available at:
Limit: One (1) free entry per person
Method 2 — Promotional Entry with Sticker Purchase
Participants who purchase an official Mission Appalachia promotional sticker during the Sweepstakes Period will receive:
Two Hundred (200) additional Sweepstakes entries per sticker purchased
Sticker purchases are considered promotional and support Sponsor activities.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — Free Additional Entries
To receive two hundred (200) additional entries without purchase, participants may submit a handwritten request including:
Full legal name
Mailing address
Email address
Phone number
Statement: "I request additional Sweepstakes entries for the Mission Appalachia House Giveaway"

Each valid mailed request will receive 200 entries, equal to the promotional sticker method.
Limit: One AMOE submission per person per day. One envelope counts as one entry.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2026 and received by September 6, 2026.
5. Entry Limits
Maximum entries per person:
1 free online entry
200 entries per promotional sticker purchase
200 entries per valid mail-in AMOE request
Use of automated entry systems, bots, or fraudulent methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:
One residential house located in Buckhannon, West Virginia
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200,000.00
Prize includes real property only unless otherwise stated.
Prize does not include:
Property taxes
Income taxes
Insurance
Maintenance
Utilities
Closing costs (unless explicitly stated by Sponsor)
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or applicable tax forms.
Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No cash substitution
7. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about:
September 7, 2026
Drawing will be conducted by a neutral third party. All entries will be
given equal consideration.
Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Winner will be notified via:
Email and/or
Phone and/or
Certified mail
Winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
Winner must provide:
Valid government-issued ID matching the entry information
Signed affidavit of eligibility
Liability/publicity release (where permitted)
Any additional documentation required by Sponsor
Failure to comply will result in disqualification and alternate winner selection.
9. Prize Transfer and Closing
Transfer of real property will be completed through a licensed closing agent or attorney.
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Require standard closing procedures
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use winner’s:
Name
City and state
Photograph
Likeness
Statements
For promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair integrity
Disqualify any person tampering with entry process
Verify entries and eligibility
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Technical malfunctions
Human or technical errors
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:
Mission Appalachia LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents
from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in West Virginia.
Participants waive right to:
Jury trial
Class action participation
14. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
15. Winner List
To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
